The fabrics from which the clothes are sewn at Pizzka are provided by local fabric importers who import them from Europe and the East.
Could very well be! When we see a high demand for an item that is sold out, we make our best efforts to purchase the same fabric and produce an additional quantity. However, as we work with local fabric suppliers who hold a limited amount, we may not always be able to restock.

Mostly not. The inventory of the store and the website are synchronized, therefore an item that is sold out on the website is not available for purchase in the store as well. However, sometimes there are stock errors and there may be a last size in store that is not available for purchase on the website. Feel free to write to us if there is an item you would like to purchase and it is not available.
Shipments and returns
Most of the time, with the exception of deliveries to remote areas, the deliveries arrive the day after the pick-up time from the store. However, there may be occasional delays, which is why we commit to delivery within 2-3 business days.

Fitzka is a house/boutique for blue and white Israeli fashion where everything is made in Israel. As part of such a business model, everything must be very well thought out. Our production, fabric, sewing and shipping costs are much higher than fashion made in third world countries.
Therefore, Pizzaka participates and absorbs part of the shipping costs, but not the full amount. For the same reason, the shipping costs are ranked according to the purchase amount.

To exchange or return, you have several options:
You can come to our store at Dizengoff 152 Tel Aviv and exchange or return the item.
A second option is to make a return through our delivery service, in which a courier on our behalf will pick up the item you are returning at a cost of NIS 30.

Items purchased on the site can be returned up to 14 business days from the day of receiving the package.
Gift cards
To purchase a gift card, all you have to do is add the gift card to your cart and complete the purchase.
When making a purchase of a gift card, you can enter the details of the recipient of the gift along with a personal greeting. Upon completion of the transaction, the gift card will be sent twice, to the email address of the recipient of the card and to the email address of the person making the purchase.
Alternatively, there is no obligation to enter the details of the recipient of the gift, and the purchaser can transfer the card independently.
Yes! Pizzaka's gift cards are valid for 5 years and can be used both in our store and on the website.
The use of the gift card is performed by entering the gift card code in the designated box at the beginning of the ordering process.
